Anique K. Drouin has practiced family law since 2007. She graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law Magna Cum Laude, where she served on the Law Review and was the Manuscripts Editor. She also worked as a legal advocate at a domestic violence legal clinic. Anique concentrates her practice in family law, with a focus on alternative dispute resolution, both through mediation and collaborative practice. Anique is also a trained Guardian ad Litem and has served in that capacity with the 18th Judicial Circuit Court. Anique is a member is the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, as well as the DuPage County, Kane County and Will County Bar associations. A frequent article contributor, Anique regularly writes on various family law topics, including: Who Turned Out the Lights: How Maryland Law Fails to Protect Victims of Domestic Violence from Third Party Abuse, University of Baltimore Law Review 2007.
